Would recommend ordering from another company if you're able to.
Took 10 days to process my order and another 9 for shipping. That part didn't bother me and if that was it, would have been happy to sing their praises and leave a 5 star review. It's a busy holiday season, I get it. Lots or orders and parcel delivery services are slammed. That's why I ordered on December 1st to receive by Christmas. Would have gone great but when the package arrived a few days before Christmas, they shipped the wrong order with wrong packing slip. Now, not only does it take 2 days to hear back from customer service but they want more photos as proof (I already included 2 photos in the initial email of the painting and packing slip). Won't priority process or overnight ship, not even an apology. Ask for a refund and the response is that they are processing my replacement. Huh? I've told you twice already I had to go out last minute and find another gift, I don't need a replacement...
To sum it up, if you happen to get the correct order, quality looks ok from the incorrect order I received - but if there's any hiccups don't count on much help.

I was promised on 12/16 that a gift ordered on 12/9 would definitely arrive by Christmas Eve. It DID NOT, and they have not replied to any order update requests since before 12/23.

This gift is for an elderly man in another state spending Christmas by himself. I was hoping he would be able to work on it to help with the loneliness of Christmas Day. IF they had been honest when I saw that they had missed the ship date, I would have had time to get a different gift.

UPDATE: They finally contacted me late this afternoon and "guaranteed" my order would ship out "no later than the week of Jan. 4th." No thanks. Order cancelled. They don't deserve my business.

Good quality and price,prompt delivery.

I have purchased from this company several times now and have always found the prints to be of high quality and very reasonably priced. I was kept informed about the order status and the deliveries were prompt-will definitely use again.

Impressive packaging

I ordered a photo with matting and frame from Fine Art America. The price was right. The mat and frame were perfect. The thing that impressed me the most was the packaging! The way the picture was packaged was brilliant. Oh, and it came sooner than I expected!
Fantastic transaction!

Seems FAA and Pixels.com are going down…

Seems FAA and Pixels.com are going down the tubes. I'm a photographer who's spent the time to upload over 500 photos to their platform and now, for the past 3 weeks I've been unable to log in to my account. Thinking that I somehow forgot my password I tried the password recovery. No email message was sent regarding my password change or login problems but I get spam for the items I clicked on with my photos on them. I've reached out to support 3 times via email with NO RESPONSE. I've tried Facebook chat, No RESPONSE. I've even called the only number I could find which was for problems with orders, he couldn't do anything but put another request through to "tech support"- NO RESPONSE. Avoid this company at all costs as they don't value anyone enough to even reply.

Love the art! Love the Service!

I randomly found this art website while looking for artwork to decorate my house. I love the one stop shop to find thousands of different artist collections, but, also, you can get the art in any medium you desire! It's perfect! The prices are very reasonable considering the choices and the shipping time very quick. One of my items arrived damaged and as soon as I reported the damage a new piece was put into production and shipped out - no further questions asked! I will be a lifetime customer.

I have placed 2 orders for 4 different…

I have placed 2 orders for 4 different prints from Fine Art America. I loved the huge assortment of pictures to choose from. I appreciated the discounts offered. Prints arrived in perfect condition with secure packaging. Website is easy to use, and I am extremely satisfied with my experiences and purchases.

Beautiful art - great connection to artists

We wanted 2 pics of Waldo lake to celebrate our marriage - found exactly what we were looking for.
After emailing one of the artists for more info on the photograph, was given an amazing email detailing day, location and time of the photo with background info on the artist and his connection to Waldo.
Overall a really good experience - thank you!

I received a print that was faulty

I received a print that was faulty. The printer had clearly run out of ink . I took a photo and sent it via email. Lorenz responded and said he would send a replacement and forward tracking details. That never happened, its now 5 months later. All emails have been ignored.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL!

Everything that I have bought from Fine Art America has ALWAYS been exceptional. High quality, reasonably priced ~ especially when you buy a box of 25 cards ~ so many choices from the finest artists. So much variety to choose from. I am ALWAYS delighted with my purchases with this company. I just ordered a box of cards created from a photograph that my husband had taken. So EASY to do, he was simply AMAZED at the quality of the cards we received that he immediately turned around and ordered a mug with another photo he had taken. (There are a lot of different things you can create with this company - it's wonderful!) The mug has arrived and he is thrilled! I cannot say enough good about this company.

I trust Fine Art America to provide a quality product using the work of talented artists at a reasonable cost. I budget a little more to help American artists while I give a gift that decorates the home of a friend or myself. It's a good relationship.
